HOW TO GET HERE
From Bangor, Maine, I-95 to Houlton; From Houlton to Caribou, US Rte 1; Take Rte 161 in Caribou to Guerrette; Turn right on Rte 162 to St. Agatha
POLICIES
- We require your deposit at time of reservation. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit equal to one half of total rate. Please add 8 1/2% Maine Lodging Tax.
- We require 45 days notice of cancellation in order to ensure full refund of your deposit.
- Cancellation less than 45 days prior to reservation will carry full rate as credit toward future reservation only if unit is rented to another party, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
- Our policy for Pets is $100. fee for security deposit. (Security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage such as excess pet hair or pet (business) not picked up and discarded)
