Town Manager

The Town Manager is appointed by the Board of Selectmen for an indefinite term and is responsible for implementing policy established by the Board of Selectmen, laws of the State of Maine, as well as the administration of all Town affairs. The Manager oversees and keeps the Board informed of the business, financial condition and future needs of the municipality.

St. Agatha Town Manager Ryan D. Pelletier was appointed by the Board of Selectmen in June of 1999. In addition to his day-to-day duties, Mr. Pelletier is the Treasurer and the purchasing agent for the Town. Mr. Pelletier serves as a Board member of the Northern Maine Development Commission and Northern Maine Finance Corporation. He is an active member of the Aroostook Municipal Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Aroostook County Action Program and Acadia Federal Credit Union. In 2006 he served as President of the Maine Municipal Association. Mr. Pelletier is married to Liza Caron-Pelletier, a third grade teacher at Dr. Levesque Elementary School in Frenchville, ME and they have two sons, Carter & Camden.
