Linen closet shelves: Vinyl covered metallic wire shelves in closets
KITCHEN FINISH
Cabinets are pre-finished

Stratified, thermoplastic, solid oak, or modern white melamine (wood grain, c/w counter top) cabinets are optional
Bottom corner cabinet units can be equipped with a double lazy susan as an option
Counter tops are the premoulded type, available in a wide variety of colors

Medicine cabinet: In wall type 14"x18" c/w mirrored front panel, or 4' mirror of same length as vanity
A linen cabinet as per type of vanity is installed over washer & dryer and features an adjustable shelf
Bathroom fan (90 CFM)
If bi-fold doors are installed in front of washer & dryer, the linen cabinet will be replaced by two adjustable shelves
If washer & dryer are located in basement, the linen cabinet is not supplied unless otherwise specified on contract
BASEMENT STAIR INTERIOR FINISH
Basement stairs: (non-assembled) particle board is standard, oak or maple are optional
UPPER LEVEL STAIR INTERIOR FINISH
Particle board stairs for upper floors are supplied and installed
Oak and maple are optional
RAILING FINISH
If the basement stair descent is open, a colonial hemlock railing will be included in the price of your home for the upper portion of the railing, but will not descend into the basement

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS
According to the law, all electrical work of your home shall be done by a registered electrician. The electrical plans of your home were produced according to to the rules and standards of heating and lighting required by the codes applicable to your area and by a third party.
A 200 amp electrical panel with a capacity of 64 circuits. The quantity of breakers in the panel is determined by the number of circuits required to supply the home.
One (1) receptacle outlet installed at every 12 linear feet of wall.
Two (2) receptacle outlets (minimum) on top of kitchen counter and connected to a separate circuit.
One (1) receptacle outlet connected on its own breaker is installed close to dinner table.
One (1) receptacle for clothes washer.
One (1) receptacle for oven.
One (1) receptacle for refrigerator.
One (1) GFI receptacle for bathroom.
Two (2) GFI weather proof receptacles installed outside.
One (1) receptacle close to power panel.
One (1) receptacle for dryer.
Hot water baseborad heaters installed as required by heat calculations (basement not incl.).
Hot water baseboards for basement are not included.
One (1) smoke detector in each bedroom, one in hallway and one on each floor. All detectors are interconnected with AC (battery) backup.
One (1)door chime with button at front and side door.
Exterior lantern type light fixture (white and brass finish).
Note: "Decora" receptacle and switches are included in base price.
Two (2) telephone jacks per floor.
One (1) cable jack per floor.
